The common name Psyllium drives from the Greek word for flea, psylla in reference to the appearance of tiny beautiful seeds. Psyllium is an annual herb native to western Asia, northern Africa an Europe. The numerous flowers are small and white. The seeds are enclosed in capsules. Psyllium is valued for its mucilaginous (high fiber) also can be prepared as an emollient facial mask.

Each one of the pieces is 100% handmade with real seeds, flowers, and spices encapsulated with resin. The resin is pour in silicon moulds and cures for 7 days. Once I remove it from the mould, I hand sand each piece through multiple grades of sandpaper to create a smooth, soft finish which shows in detail the object inside the resin.
Since nature does not create two identical seeds, spices or flowers, the shape and size of the nature being used in the decoration may not match.
