Beautiful bracelet with real Mung Beans embedded in resin.
Measurement: 7.5" combined ribbons with snap fastener clasp, 1x1 in. square resin medallion with different charms.
Each one of the pieces is 100% handmade with real seeds flowers and spices encapsulated with resin. The resin is pour in silicon moulds and cures for 7 days. Once I remove it from the mould, I hand sand each piece through multiple grades of sandpaper to create a smooth, soft finish which shows in detail the object inside the resin.
Mung beans (Vigna radiata) are small, green beans that belong to the legume family.They have been cultivated since ancient times. While native to India, mung beans later spread to China and various parts of Southeast Asia. These beans have a slightly sweet taste and are sold fresh, as sprouts or as dried beans. They aren’t as popular in the US but can be purchased from most health food stores. Mung beans are incredibly versatile and typically eaten in salads, soups and stir-frys. They’re high in nutrients and believed to aid many ailments
